Well the major downside is that it is a huge organization with over 100000 employees. The experiences are vary a lot and depend on which business unit or vertical you work for.

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
