The pay for the positions with clients is half the rate as working for the client directly. You will be described as "talent", expected to work outside of regular hours, and only be up for a possible raises every two years.

2 at-home days per week

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
