      A few smart and well-meaning employees trying to hold things together. Remote flexibility is a plus.

      Minpunten

      Total internal disorganization. Teams are siloed, systems are outdated, and no one has a clear picture of what clients actually own. Leadership is reactive, not strategic—creating constant confusion and burnout. Client-facing staff are set up to fail due to lack of training, tools, and visibility. Processes change constantly with no communication or logic. Morale is extremely low and turnover is high.
