I had a terrible experience with Ipsos S3. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. The interview was poorly conducted, with the interviewer seeming unprepared and not even having a clear understanding of the job requirements. After I was hired, there was a lack of communication and support, and I was left feeling like I had to constantly chase up on tasks and deadlines. The work environment was chaotic and the management seemed to have no clear strategy or direction for the team. The training provided was insufficient, and I was left feeling unprepared for the tasks that were assigned to me. The workload was unreasonable, with no consideration given to work-life balance. To make matters worse, the company culture was toxic and there was a lack of respect and professionalism among colleagues. There was no recognition or appreciation for hard work or achievement, and there was a clear sense of favoritism and bias. Overall, my experience with Ipsos S3 was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment.
