Due to its size and the constant change within the organization there is always an opportunity to develop. I changed roles approximately every 1.5 to 2 years - a really good frequency for me, just in time before a role started to be 'normal' (not challenging anymore). If you network well in the organization there will always be a new opportunity around the corner.

it's a very performance driven culture - people that may have other priorities in life (like family) may not be able to keep up and deliver on the high expectations pay is not always related to performance
