Great Discounts! Management does an exceptional job of recognizing employees who go above and beyond. Fun atmosphere. The store manager is constantly putting together fun contests and games to rally the employees especially during the holidays when everyone needs a boost of energy and fun. I like the fact that employees who work hard day to day are recognized. When I worked for Kohls in Murfreesboro my manager Sherry Chesak made working retail fun and enjoyable. She never acted above part time or full time employees and was always helping with everything from unloading trucks and putting out freight to cleaning up dirty bathrooms. Great experience working for a great person and great company.
