      Great friendly culture. Engineering led with UX being less important. Engineering is the main focus with design being the salt and pepper on top .

      Minpunten

      Low salary. The promotion process is contrived and very corporate. You will be competing with dozens if not hundreds of colleagues once per year. Time spent at Liberty is more important than the experience you bring to the table or the contribution and skillset you bring. Loyalty over skill.

      Remote work, management is great and understands work/life balance.

      None, I really appreciated my journey with them, but it was time for me to move into a more specialized field.

      There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.

      Toxic, hostile culture Favoritism to the extreme 50-60 hours a week work but get paid for 40 Being forced to give your manager a 9-10 on a survey when they don’t deserve it to avoid fear of retaliation Coworkers crying and having panic attacks on a daily basis Just everything
