Liberty Mutual is imploding as it tries to find its way in an ever increasing software-driven world. It has abandoned its commitment to grow its employees in favor of frequent layoffs and recent-grad hirings all under the guise of "becoming Agile."

There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.
