Great health benefits and work life balance. Very flexible with time off and you can receive overtime pay. Great supporting staff as well.

Pay is sub par when you first start. The hierarchy or authority can get a little confusing as well. I worked in a manufacturing plant that had union employed operators and every one had a specific job.
