All work to save the place with 8 year old equipment that no one had the insight to replace before I arrived. My predecessor was terribly under-educated in an experience sense and was allowed to do whatever he wanted, though he didn't know much. Fixing it fell on my shoulders as an incumbent. With terribly low wages and a very counter-productive HR. No support for non-union Managers.
