Very professional corporation with the correct philosophy on Management, product, and personal growth. Many training courses offered to assist you in personal advancement where Lockheed Martin was always very committed. A wide variety of very successful products allowing opportunity if desired to move around for professional opportunities.
Minpunten
The benefits offered are fairly consistent with other major companies but Medical insurance is too high. Pension benefits were dropped to new employees but the 401K share has been increased.
