The people here are very helpful and want you to succeed. They understand that you don't know everything, and are willing to set aside time to explain things. I also like the Agile software development approach, as well as the huge emphasis this company puts on being ethical. The ability to move around to different areas, not only within the single site, but also the entire network. The evaluation for promotions is performance-based, which I feel is most fair.

Since we are working with legacy code, we are not at the cusp of new technology. In certain areas, they are, but not with software.
