Pluspunten
Extremely large organization - lots of technology, smart people, good projects. Proud to work at Lockheed Martin. Generally, technical people are well managed; not micro-managed. Top-notch vendor relationships - constant stream of product orientations, presentations, etc. Training!
Minpunten
Hard to get noticed. Maybe a cliche - a lot easier to get noticed for messing up, than doing something extremely well. Not a lot of visible, young rising stars. Management is mostly 15/20-years + with company crowd. A lot of military veterans. Not overt, but definitely a clique-like feel. Perception is that it is hard to fire a Lockheed Martin employee. Personal work spaces are dull - many without natural light (Marietta, GA plant)
