If contracts are cut and work is slow, they will try to place you in a temporary position or relocate you to another division as opposed to firing you. Minpunten
At Aeronautics in Marietta, if you are not production, it is hard to advance. You basically have to move a mountain or get connected with the right person. Hard to move around in the same location. If you want to switch positions, you basically have to move to a different business unit. Pay is ok but raises are not as good as other organizations. Management tends to loose focus as they climb the ladder. Large generation gap. Too many people are only talking about retirement instead of innovative ideas.
