-The pay was really nice -working around veterans -opportunity to travel -was very open with tattoos -pretty relaxed most of the time -raises every year

-working outdoors most of the time -the sheer amount of rules and regulations LM would expect the Mechanics to adhere to its amazing any work was accomplished -LM was very strict about its uniform policy -the overall morale that the employees shared was disgruntled, toxic, and hostile -all three work shifts have very different work ethic standards -very little room for promotion
