Pluspunten
Lockheed Martin has to be the top defense contractor to work for in the country. They establish the baselines which all others follow from Capture Management, Program Management, Engineering practices, to the finance world. I will say the thing that most impressed me is the opportunitee to learn and be mentored by quality people. I would have never left had it not been for a family situation.
Minpunten
At some of the customer sites, the working conditions are not ideal. The company also tends to be quite conservative on the business development side.
