Pluspunten
I wound up in a position where I would spend time at my desk, the lab, and on ships. I loved the variety. Good coworkers. Management seemed attentive to the "smaller voices".
Minpunten
There are few downsides I can think of. Perhaps the washrooms were so luxurious that there may have been a loss of productivity? The "heads" on the ships were no so luxurious.
