Pluspunten
The company is huge, and most portions of it, at least for engineers, tend to hold on to you for a while. It's not like the govt. contracting sector is going away. Also, they tend to be good about paying for external education, even if getting it internally is hard (due to budget constraints, not lack of availability).
Minpunten
They HATE spending overhead, so good luck finding a Christmas party or anything. The regular benefits are good, but it's not fun to work here anymore.
