After years of "good ole boy" mismanagement under CIO, CEO has finally had enough and laid off most of it IT staff in Milwaukee to be replaced with offshore in India and no real regard as to how IT will continue to operate and serve the company after this uprooting. Pay was based on a high school-ish buddy system. If you helped management and leadership sweep things under the rug, they would take care of you. If you tried to do you job, you were excluded.
