When you do socials on Thursdays, let people work from home on Fridays. Favourtism and cliques Many cliques with secret slack channels. Senior SDRs were getting better leads than anyone else. Mental health I have seen people getting burnout due to mental health. Tech Some people were getting Macbooks and other old, slow Lenovo. Working hours You expected to be in the office from 8:45. Most people feared leaving before 5:45.
