When you hear about a culture that's transparent, autonomous, passionate -- or any other cliche startup adjective -- you tend to roll your eyes. But at MuleSoft it's all true. At the individual level, there's so much opportunity to grow and make a difference, no matter what title you hold. It's possible to grow your career if you own it (I've been promoted twice).
No jerks and no BS; only good humans who share the same lust for building an incredibly great company. The opportunity is immense -- like nothing else you'll see out there today. We're not solving small problems here, we are changing the way the world operates on an order of magnitude. And that's worth getting up for each and every morning.

As with any fast growing company, there are growing pains and hiccups along the way. Processes constantly need to be re-evaluated and improved. There's an incessant feeling of impatience and strive for excellence, which can be exhausting. If you're looking for consistency and predictability, this isn't the place for you.
