8yI appreciate the candid feedback, and I’m sorry to see that you’re feeling this way about our culture and the team. I hear what you’re saying about some of these elements. We are always striving to be better and everything is open and on the table to change. I would love the opportunity to talk through your perspective in person so we can jointly address your concerns. There are a lot of people at MuleSoft who want to hear from you, including myself, because our job is to identify and fix issues, not just in our products and processes, but also in our culture. It’s a “get it done” culture, and we tell everyone in the hiring process that we don’t work from home because we believe that collaboration and getting things done together as a team is a big part of the experience. I personally believe that if you separate people, that spirit and bond gets lost over time and isn’t healthy for anybody. Everyone has personal situations that arise and we try to stay very flexible to accommodate needs as they arise. I would like to understand more about when and how you felt uncomfortable about needing to be away and I’d certainly like to resolve it directly. That’s not in line with the culture we strive for, so let’s fix it.
