MuleSoft seems to be in the right market at the right time, with the right products, and we are on a rocket ride of growth. The chance to be a part of a success story is exciting and a great potential resume builder. Everyone here is highly intelligent and the culture is collaborative. Everyone is generally pulling in the same direction, and there is relatively little in the way of office politics.
Minpunten
As with any high-growth startup, the pace can be intense. This is not a place for people who want to work a standard 40 hour week. Evenings and weekends are not uncommon. Also, as the company grows, some of the communications between teams is getting harder, and it's harder to get visibility into what others are doing.
