They have good number of SAP projects If negotiated well, salary on par with industry I have seen people in bench for years yet not questioned or fired

Minpunten

Not many projects in Oracle Apps, Siebel, Java, .Net etc Brand not know to many Major concentration is on Hyderabad, not big efforts to bring projects to Bangalore office 90% of the projects in Oracle Apps are production support and small, hence not much opportunities to learn anything big 90% projects have night shifts, they commit it that way to clients

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
