Too much politics globally, regionally and locally Slow and traditional moving company which do not keep up in pace with evolving technologies Global MNC but functions like a small and medium enterprise with no foresight and clear business directions Too frequent re-organisation and change of top level management resulting in negative impact to staffs and business operations

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
