Little communication so very few emails -> great work life balance

Benefits are rubbish for a Fortune 500 company. They are not interested in paying for performance or retain talent. Everyone is treated like a contractor. Little communication within the company and some materials are not even translated from Japanese. Even worse when you are non Japanese and female. Non transparent performance review and promotion process.
