Incompetent and dumb managers who have been in the company for 10-15 years and reached management level only by "time bound promotion" , they dont know single line of code/process/basic english or have basic common sense on how to talk to employees forget management skills. Never join if you are lateral...you will be stuck in your salary forever with no hikes..whereas freshers in the company will eventually get more than you because of "time bound promotions" which is not applicable to laterals....your fate is in manager's hand..so get your bucketing skills ready if you want to join. People who toiled in projects are not given opportunities for onsite/lead etc but instead people from outside close to managers are filled into those positions....in short no career growth.. Management makes scapegoat of employees in front of client..because managers are spineless and cant stand up for anything Onsite opportunity limited after NTT takeover from keane No process CMM level is just namesake you meet HR only when joining and resigning...they do not respond to any issues
