I am sure that over the 9+ years you have been at the company, that there have been considerable changes, and one of these would be the introduction of our hybrid model, NICE-FLEX. Our hybrid work model is based on only two days a week of work from the office to allow for in-person collaboration and connection, and 3 days of remote work. While other companies that were working remotely during the pandemic have returned to the office on a full-time or part-time basis (usually 3 days in the office), we are happy to provide our employees with real flexibility and independence through our NICE-FLEX model.
Furthermore, we have an annual calendar of compensation processes including a broad merit process and bonuses, allowing for increases in pay. This has continued throughout the pandemic and even in today’s challenging market conditions, despite many other companies recently cutting salaries, laying off employees, decreasing bonuses or dropping them entirely.
