Nokia Culture is Good, Far better than many companies. Supports employees.
Minpunten
No control over the various teams work. Nokia does not have mechanism to know if the any employee is being treated well or paid appropriately or not. Nokia is too much Manager driven. REGIONAL/Language BIAS exists. Managers are biased, not fair, etc. People good in Excel and Power Point are seen as good enough for promotion even if they lack commercial acumen/intelligence/knowldge,etc. It seems excel and powerpoint is only competency required for promotion.
