I applied for a transfer from one site to another and was told that my current position required so much less than the one I was applying for that I was not qualified. The job titles and descriptions were identical. The lack of uniformity across departments was unacceptable. Also, they way things were structured at my department essentially made most entry-level positions dead-end.
