- Flexible. - Max out at 27 PTO days if you are with the company for a while (I think it's 7 or 9 years with the company). - 8 weeks of paid maternity leave or 1 week of paid paternity leave - Room for growth IF you are under a good supervisor

Minpunten

- Did not handle covid very well. - Mandated the CV vax for employees. - Does not retain employees well - They are behind in the PayScale compared to other companies in the area

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Minpunten

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
