Pluspunten

the brand is great, the spirit is awesome, the people are great. Plus the place is nice. The values are positive, too. It's an open environment that makes interaction easy. A lot of people from many different places, an interesting mix of cultures. Work is fun, co-workers are fun, Nuremberg is not far away.

Minpunten

Unclear strategy, lack of decision making, lack of clarity. There's a clear gap between brand values and how they are lived by.

Many thanks for your feedback and your advice. We are glad to learn what you like about PUMA. We are also aware that there was a lack of a clear strategy and communication in the past. We are positive though that with our new orientation of PUMA more structure can be ensured in the long run. In addition, we are working on a strategy how the new brand value can be incorporated in a more efficient way. You will see the results soon.
