The Work/Life Balance and respect for the employees personal needs. Several perks such as employee sales. Especially from the Consumer division. If you are a non-performer, the likelihood of getting fired is low.
Minpunten
Poor leadership at most levels of the organization. Lack of action on employee grievances on Employee Engagement Survey. IT & HR are not viewed as a critical part of the business which is evident in both people and systems within the company. Management rarely takes action against non-performers. "If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much!"
