Pluspunten

Exciting, fast paced, constant change and continous improvements - people advance quickly if the put in the hard work. The culture is one of innovation, belonging and caring. People are challenged to do their best. Being a Dutch company, we are very process driven. For our location, the workplace is spatially open giving folks room to breathe. The individual workspaces are comfortable and common areas are safe and well maintained. Meeting/Conference spaces have all the modern ammenities to facilitate communications worldwide. The cafeteria is subsidized so lunches are under $5. The company is very "green" in its products and its culture.

Expecatations of management are high - this is a company of performers.

Pluspunten

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Minpunten

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
