The Head of Retail at the time didn't care about the business environment healthwise. Unrealistic sales targets, pushy activations for brand awareness, and unfair assessments. "Name and shame" managers meeting. Issues with stock management due to system failure (constantly) that affected managers monthly bonus (on purpose?) No CCTV in store for staff protection. Favouritism between area manager and staff members (sales associate stealing stock products but didn't get fired because they're friends)
