The people I work with are great for the most part, especially in tech and tech-adjacent departments. Company culture is great, there are many events for people to participate if they choose to. The offices are centrally located.

Minpunten

They have this bizarre obsession with not becoming a tech company, which is just impossible in this day and age. They have no interal engineers, every single engineer is outsourced (from 1 of 5+ different companies) and this creates a great deal of miscommunication and a significant barrier in front of knowledge accumulation within the company. The leadership is also somewhat lost, changing priorities every 6ish months and this creates an environment where you don't know if what you're currently working on will have any impact a couple of months down the line. The outsourced engineers don't care because they keep getting paid no matter what they are working on, but it creates a super demotivating work environment for internal employees.

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
