Minpunten

The company is the most toxic and unprofessional I have ever seen in my life. Since working there within a few weeks over 20 people were 'dismissed' because they voiced concerns or opinions over the way they were treated by senior management, The company has an incredibly high retaliation culture and HR Teams both onboard and ashore are also part of this making the crew feel as though they have to suffer in silence because anyone that speaks up - gets sent home. The quality of food for crew is disgusting, the way people are spoken to by their heads of department borders on abuse and I have known many many people suffer with their mental health as a result of this company.

Support from leadership and corporate. Encouraged to do whatever needed to problem solve, which was appreciated.

After Covid, management became slightly disorganized and not as friendly, or helpful as before.
