Reasonable pay. Exercise on-site. Nice environment - places to run and bike right outside work. Good benefits compared to others.

Minpunten

Not family-friendly. Your life can be miserable if you get stuck with an incompetent, insecure boss. Educational benefits only available if your boss approves it.

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
