Culture is different within each business unit. Promotions are made based on relationships not merit. Group managers are the watchdogs for the directors and don't know the business. Managers are the work dogs and know the business but get no credit. HR is only in place to make the company look good and keep the leaders, directors out of jail....useless for employees.
