30% of your time you will be strictly supervised. Every word of every sentence you speak in front of a client will be analyzed for quality and effectiveness by your district manager. He or she will then provide feedback on the level of your ineffectiveness and coach you on ways to improve. You will need thick skin and patience to enjoy this work experience.
