Large international company with good salary and bonus levels. Nice culture where you know your colleagues, and also have a close collabortion with ither affiliates. Small affiliate, which means high level of responsibility

Minpunten

Very bureaucratic at times due to the size of the company. Small affiliate with means that a lot of the stratgey is made in the headquarter.

The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

Minpunten

Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
