Very people oriented and provide work life balance.

Minpunten

Compensation. Once you get to a particular level you pretty much top out and then there really no room for advancement unless prepared to go to Toronto.

A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
