It’s important to understand that the company grew very quickly and went through several major storms in a short period of time—for example, relocating a large number of employees from Russia after the war began. The engineering teams are incredibly engaged and highly skilled. HR is in a transitional phase toward becoming more corporate, but still deeply invested in people’s lives—seeing themselves not only as company representatives, but also as employee advocates. Overall, there’s a bit of chaos in the company, but within that chaos, a lot of great things get done—because people are allowed to experiment, they’re trusted, and most genuinely love the company. The company is also making a genuine effort to stay current with AI—not just for show but in practice. There are a few really nice benefits, like hybrid work (no one really cares where you work from) and Trust PTO (unlimited vacation).
