I am truly sorry that your experience at Simplus did not align with our intentions of creating the best company that you have ever worked for. We set a high bar for ourselves when it comes to company culture and our employee experience and I am disappointed that we didn’t live up to that standard in your eyes. We are taking your feedback to heart and addressing the areas where we missed the mark in delivering a fantastic experience for you. Thank you for your advice as well, we have hired some incredible people who have dedicated themselves to addressing the standard operating procedures you discussed and the results have been very positive.
