Since joining Simplus, I've been satisfied with the culture they promote and live on a day-to-day basis. The culture of being a critical thinker, providing stewardship, and taking on the mentality of an underdog is carried through all of the employees I've had the pleasure to connect with. I believe that their morals align with mine and that's the kind of company I want to work for. I've had immense opportunities to learn and grow within my career, starting out from bootcamp to becoming a Salesforce Certified Lead Consultant in a very short amount of time. Simplus believes in supporting career development along with ensuring that their employees can also have a work-life balance. During these times we are in, I couldn't be more happy to be working under a leadership who believes and cares for their employees.
