Lots of opportunity to succeed and surround yourself with competitive and well seasoned professionals. Simplus provides a great culture with caring managers; managers take the time to listen and support your needs and concerns. Well worth the hour drive each way to be apart of the Simplus team.

Needing to provide more Simplus attire and swag. Benefits, needing more options for benefits it's too expensive.

Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

- Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
