The culture is open and very caring for it employees. They go out of the way to ensure people are happy and have what they need to do their best work. People that work here are respectful of each other and work together for the greater good.

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
