Slack has a very inclusive and supportive staff (from what I've experienced) coupled with some high expectations associated with fast growth companies.

Still a fair amount of unknowns around the acquisition by Salesforce and the resulting change of work/expectations.

Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
