People, compensation, product, leadership, engineering processes — all top notch.

Minpunten

Anything related to Salesforce — HR, layoffs, IT, budgets offices — is poorly managed. It’s a major drag to work for a extremely high functioning company that is owned and controlled by a very poorly functioning company. Also, Marc Benioff is a dork. Imagine a liberal with Trump’s personality.

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
