I did find friends in working with other employees. We were all we had to help one another. Everyone was hesitant about involving management because it would only cause more choas and someone would be judged.

Minpunten

disorganized management, unfair scoring, no raises no matter how long you've been there or even if you get promotion, new empolyees start at a higher pay, schedule changes without notice

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
